Hey! Bodyshot! Is there a place in NJ where I can launch my boat? and safely park my truck n boat trailer to go watch the races in August? Where could I find a boat ramp?

Thanks

There is a nice ramp right at the wet pits. Let us know if you need direction or would like to be a sweep boat so you can be on the race course.

Send me an email [email protected] and I'll send you the form.

Steven, congratulations on the win in Marathon, we just could not catch that little 35. Maybe the wind will blow in Sarasota and you can chase us this time. What did you think of the start? We were about 10 lengths back at full throttle trying to catch up when the green flew, and what about those Cig. boys? Man they have picked up speed somewhere, they were really running good. Congrats to Brett and Scott on a great run.

Roger and Dave,

Thank you for the kind words.

Roger you and your crew and the Invensys boat are one tough team to stay ahead of! I was reminded of the movie "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid", while we were racing Sunday. Every turn Benny and I would check and there you guys were, like in the movie "Who are those guys". You're great competitors and make us stretch the limits of our skills.

The start was the fastest I recall in quite a while. From the pace boat getting on plane to them going WOT was pretty quick. With the gear ratio and props we selected we were fortunate they did that

The Micosukee guys are improving at each event and a real credit to the Cigarette effort. They are also fine guys to race with and genuine competitors.

Dave Dall, we miss you buddy!

Unfortunately I won't be with you all at Sarasota, Deerfield or Washington NC as I have conflicting Unlimited Hydro dates. I'll be returning to the SBI series for the Point Pleasant event, (Oh yeah, I am so thrilled to go back there.......................)

Benny will have a great throttleman sitting in for me for those three races.

This has been a wonderful season, and I just have to thank my lucky stars that I have been so blessed to compete against such quality people and have the support of Reggie Fountain as a boat owner. Couple that with the support of my U-6 Unlimited team, and it's just one HUGE giant gift!

Be well, race safe,

Steve
