Probably one of the most recognizable and symbolic pictures to come out of 9/11.......it was taken in late afternoon the day of the attack by a staff photographer (Thomas E. Franklin) of the newspaper "the Record" from bergen county N.j....... L to R ..George, Danny & John......All from E.255/L.157......................."Best firehouse in the world!!.........Brooklyn!!!

Ten years ago, following the death of Dale Earnhart, a number of members of this board and some poker run organizers realized that performance boating could be in for a bad day if we didn't think about things a bit more. We got together to propose a set of standards for poker runs, and came up with what became known as the "Poker Run 10 Commandments". In the process, DaveP of the NJPPC gave me the nickname "Moses" and Rick Jiminez created the cartoon in response to the NJPPC's letter to Powerboat.
Don't mind the moniker at all...
