Anyone ever tried one of these types at all?
Can't believe a cell phone battery back up with USB plugs would have enough power to do anything?
Am I wrong?

We have one and they are absolutely amazing. Not only can you charge your cell phone all day while you're out but if something dies this little bastard jumps it no problem. I had my Yukon battery die and one of these little packs jumped it three times with out issue. It's crazy. We have a "POD" model but a friend has the one from Costco that works just the same. I highly recommend one for any boating. And for $50.00?! Why not? It's peace of mind for all electronics on board as well as a dead battery from bumpin the sounds all day. Lol.
Here's the one I have. Got it from a dostributer for fifty. Love it.

I have one of those small jumper packs off amazon. 3x the size of a cig pack. I have used it 2x. It was able to jump off a mercruiser 7.4 mpi and the other was to jump off a 300 outboard. They fired right up.

Time for another pass on the best jump box out there.
Needs to be able to start big V8 Diesel and big V8 Gas engines.
I used to swear by DieHard stuff, but I'm pitching all my DieHard stuff in the trash.
Just looking for a jumpbox, no compressor or anything else integrated.
I don't think I'm interested in those little book/pocket LiPO type ones unless someone convinces me otherwise.
