Guys, I am looking into purchasing this boat as my first powerboat and was wondering if anyone has any information, both positive and negative, or any stories about the boat. I would hate to have to drive all the way from New Orleans, to Miami just to find out it isn't everything I expected. FYI it is currently listed in classifieds. Any other suggestions on things I should keep an eye out for besides service records, stringers, transom, floor, etc? The purchase, pending an inspection, comes recommended from someone with years of experience, but I would like to get some information from you guys b/c of the vast wealth of knowledge and experience and I would like to learn from some of the expensive mistakes that have been made so I don't make the same.

Have a survey done on the boat before you buy it. Also post this in the Sutphen forum, lots of Sutphen knowledge over there.....someone may know this boat.

Have someone on oso eye ball it who lives in Miami before you make the trip.

I don't know the boat. But no year an not enough pictures. Cabin dash, Front bolsers or seats? I would get someone to look at it in Miami as said. Good luck from Baton Rouge.

No I don't have one. I had one years ago. 35 Cafe. I was running with Johnny Mac in His Top Gun. He passed away 3 years ago. I sure Miss My Best Friend. I'm looking at Cigs now.
