That's what impresses me the most! This last Avatar Skater video is not the roughest water the owner has been in, but he is always going so damn fast regardless of conditions. That Skater is one hell of a powerboat!

Went out on Freedom US1 from Miami to Ocean Reef and back today , great water!!! 46 skater!! Had a blast. 6 people on board so didn't push it to hard, might post video later some day

That was more of a safety concern because
1. If a boat breaks, hows it getting towed in the inlet?
2. Visibility. The swells made a lot of boats fairly invisible, with all the classes we had there unfortunately someone really could have been run over. Throttleman for my team has been racing since 1982, he thought they made the right call.
