So you scaled it to 413ft? That does not make any sense.

What is the original length of the design if I may ask?

I don't understand your point really, with the platform & standoff it would make 43FT

original is 6m80, I can scale it to whatever I want as I have a 3D

My point is why make your model 10x the size of the real boat you want, ie 125852.5 mm ~ 413ft.

Scaling a 22ft design to 43ft will also present problems if you don't get all of your ratio scaled the same.

???? I see you didn't read the thread.

I want the boat to look like the 22FT and stated clearly that the bottem design wasn't finished.

Looks don't make a boat handle...

I understand what you want to do but you need to look at your drawing your decimal place is off!

I never said looks make a boat handle, but when trying to double the size of the original design the proportions of said scaled model need to be the same as that of the original or it WILL NOT handle like you think it will.

Scale doesn't matter.
1 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 devided by 100.000 is still 1

In sketchup the bigger the drawing, the easier it gets, I will scale it for you to 12 meters

I am not scaling the V hull so I won't affect

You guys have some mad Sketchup skills.. I downloaded it a couple weeks ago.. Its addicting. The learning curve isn't too bad, it just takes time and an idea.. one of my projects.
