She's very honest and will try to get the best deal for you. She's actually told people that they don't want a certain house for some reason, rather than just trying to make a sale.

Thanks Linn & Jana for the referrals. I'd rather look myself before hiring someone. I had 2 bad experiences with realtors. So, I'll do my research first. I found 2 on my own we're gonna look at later this wknd. But they're for sale by owner.coms.
