More like a 45 minute drive up to Capt Dave in Madeira but well worth it, Capt Dave is top notch and the beaches here are worth checking out. Little further north is Clearwater Beach where there are plenty of cattle boats or charter boats to pick from.

Should be good fishing down in the Sarasota area as well. Maybe head a little south to do some fishing in the Boca area- close to shore but beautiful water and sights just in case you don't catch anything...

Lol...it does suck this time of year. It would be more like 30/40min since they don't know the roads.

We just went to door to door last weekend. Safety harbor to bradenton drag strip in 35min.......cruising lol.
