Default Looking for a specialty Y Valve

It would look identical to this one. The differance is there is not therostat in the one I need. About 4 years ago I had one on an oil system that I bought. I never wrote down the name and have been searching for about 2 years now for one. This is the closed ive come so far
Thanks
-Mike

I'm sure McMaster Carr has something very close... although it might not be billet or have quite the polished look.
