jus my 2cents,,,,,o/l imo hurt themselves years ago when they tried to beat fountain on the speed record.they talked trash, made excuses, and then could not produce.sure reggie talked alot of smack too,but at least he talked the talk, and walked the walk.both boats are alsome works of art and speed.i just think one brand appeales to the bread and butter group,as where the other appeales to the wine and cheese groups.just because you spend 200k+ on a boat does not mean a boat of less money is not better.thats where the pissing and moaning starts.

Hurt themselves??? Who's still in business? Who's releasing a much anticipated new model in Miami? Who's still pushing the edge with new materials and technology? Who was in key west in full support of their factory backed teams???

Could go on and on.

Wish the best for Reggie and crew but no reason to knock Mike and crew in the process....

Ding, ding, ding! Well put, but I think he's made a good attempt to considerably tone it down on OSO over the past few months.

Kind of hard to argue with that!

With that said, I hope we hear more from Mr. Fountain in the not to distant future, the offshore world is a better place with him here.
