My 251 Checkmate... It has been a great boat. My wife and I use it like a camper on the weekends.

Even though the boat felt very solid when I bought it, I redid the transom and stringers to make this boat outlasting me. Every existing hole in the new transom woodfilled with glass , redrilled so no water can penetrate into the wood.I strongly recommend to do this for everyone doing a resto on older boats.
