Always liked the Interceptor models, timeless lines . Almost bought one with twin 260's back in around 1987.
Buddy of mine had a yellow 255 Interceptor. That boat busted waves like no other.

Not in the same league as the performance boats here, but the right size anyway. The 260 HP MPI will push her near 60, usually around 56-57 with SS prop now. Not a wave crusher, but fast and flexible for a family boat.

From cruising to camping, it's done it all. Cruising while using only 5 GPH has its advantages too :bunnydance:

Here is my ol Phantom 25 UK design offshore hull from 1985. Now fitted with a single Verado 350 sci. Runs a honest 80 mph. Did 88 mph with twin Merc 2.5 EFI SS engines.
