Once you get to 75-80 the boat wont turn very well without external steering.

Hard for me to tell just from pictures on your boat if you would have the same problem, but its likely. Your friendly neighborhood pro can help you out if you ever add steering.

I ran into an angle issue on mounting the rams to I ended having to buy an ITS (integrated transom system)

You must have been down at Coulon on Sunday! Thanks! Yeah, I agree that the tower ruins the look of the boat but otherwise the lines are badass!! Dont worry, that tower will be off soon and sold on craigslist!
Yeah, today felt awesome! I have a feeling we are going to have a good summer FINALLY!!

The 1987 Pachanga 22 was my first boat that I bought. Great boat but not very much usable space.

This is my 1988 217 Mirage Intruder project boat on day 1. I have a long way to go before I can sell her.

It has a Raylar HO600 with sport tubes...dyno'd ~660 HP.....still searching for the right prop to get it to 5500 RPMs. I also may need to adjust the drive depth as it has a lot of slip right now....18% with the depth @ 3.5" below the bottom. It runs mid 70's now but know it will get to low 80's when it finally gets set up properly.
