Im about to buy a 1987 Mirage Intruder with a 5.7 litre, alpha one and ez loader trailer...544 hours, mint condition for $6700!!. Blue book on these is $4200 Plus trailer. How on earth did you get one for $2000??
Im paying above book because of the immaculate condition. Are there any issues with yours?
Here's a couple pics of the one Im about to buy:

thats almost identical to mine I think the colors are swapped a lil different. Well come to find out the gears in the drive where shot and unlike most mirage intruders I have a omc 800 stringer drive set up with a chevy 350. I replaced the drive gears myself cost me $1000 witch beats the shops price of 3500. Took it out and the boat runs like a dream I was kinda iffy on the omc stringer set up but its runs really strong I got her up to 62 turning a 14x23 pitch prop and a summit 600 double pump carb and mild cam. my only issue is will this drive hold up. Iv been told the omc drives are strong u ;just have to keep good oil in them. but other then that she (WETDREAMS) great. everywhere I take her people just love the boat. I had a guy offer me 7 grand for the boat he had been looking for one. But i think i will hold on to her for a while.....
