I heard that my old Apache was sold under the table and out the back door of that place too. I talked with a few people that bid on my old boat and none of them had anything good to say about the whole process:angry-smiley-038:

That place is a joke! I wonder how they stay in business till I realize....if we all ran our business illegal just think how much Profit we would make! LOL!

I bought a boat out of the California office several years ago and kind of the same deal except it seemed to me I was getting the inside information. Bidding was to end 9 am monday morning which I think I was the high bidder, I get a call Monday evening telling me what the bid was up to so I rebid same thing happen the next day then on Wednesday I asked them " arrant their strict laws concerning these auctions" I was told to bid X amount and it would be mine which I did, the boat ended up costing me $3500 more that it should have

A few years back I tried to buy several boats through them, both Miami and Ohio, every single deal was fishy and nothing ever came through.......
