Your point is valid. But at this point I have zero interest in a CC. If they can build CC's and make $$$ thats great! I would also like to see some sport models as well. I don't give a chit about steps and who knows in a few years maybe I would like to buy a slightly used sport deck 33.

Changing the bottom of a 33 PP would be a terrible idea...or the deck for that matter
