The speakers rock our in the hatch. I have 3 sets on each side. 2 are exposed while the last set is behind the chrome covers. Then I added a switch to the rear swim plat by the stereo control that allows me to raise and lower the hatch from the swim plat. When the hatch is up, it cranks way out behind the boat.
