Merc does not offer the 1350 with the 6 drive.

They should have given the bottom and transom more thought,So an Arneson drive could be used or Diesel/Arneson.

Looks nice,I like the paint. I would think the Pantera 41 would be the superior step bottom.

I think its cool but Im disappointed they didnt use some of the locals for paint and interior.

I am impressed and not what I would have initially thought from them.

The release of this Checkmate seems to be a bigger deal than the 29 Outerlimits ! Haha Congtats Checkmate!

The mold used was the old Chief/Nutech 41. It's a reverse step hull with the outer chines turned down to keep the hull hooked up during a hard turn. I'm not sure what kind of numbers the boat will run because not that many were laid up. The build quality coming out of Checkmate right now is very good. There smaller boats are surprisingly fast and fun!!
