As a former Virginia Beach resident, I feel like this kind of petition defeats the purpose of this award. I hate to be the negative Nancy on this post, but it seemed to be that every business in Va Beach had some form of "Best of" displayed in their window. If this improves your business, I applaud the effort. Good luck!
