Anybody ever used a Hot Foot in a outboard offshore Cat before?

Use to have a bass boat that had it...loved it and hated running any boat without it at that time LOL...I have seen some listed on S&F that say they have em...would be nice on a single outboard but not to sure about a twin.

On superboat website theres a 24 sob running one. I always thought it may be twitchy in chop / rough. & u cant just set the sticks & cruise.

it wasn't to bad when I was running in the rough with the bass boat but I never really ran it hard when it was, my kidneys couldn't take the pounding :grinser010:

That's what I was thinking but it would be nice to have both hands on the wheel.

Got one on my 21' revolution with 300xs. Only run one offshore power boat race but heaps of offshore ski races. Never a problem with holding throttle steady. Plus I like having full control as the driver.

Had one in my Champion bass boat along with power jack plate and trim all on the wheel. Traveled all the great lakes in bass and walleye tourneys. They worked great for me. Total control at all times.
