I have never had a problem for 9 years. I just started having problems a few weeks ago and no help from the site or even suggestions. I had ~2 weeks left on my membership. After this mornings downtime the site all of a sudden is running like a champ on my computer. I am now definitely evaluating renewing my membership. Must of been on my end.........
