Real Shame, I saw the news that the 1 boat accident on Sat involved 1 of those "Crackerbox" Jersey skiffs, I believe..
May they all RIP

Unhappy Very Tragic!

Very sad for the vintage skiff and hydro racers, families and fans. They have been holding these racing events around the USA and Canada for many years without any deaths from this racing and three in one weekend is just so unbelievable!

RIP to those racers and condolonces to the families and friends involved.

Best Regards,
Ray @ Raylar

Yep. Hard to put into words. One of the drivers lost was w/the Jersey Speed Skiff crowd in Stuart.
They have a large group w/a ton of history down there.
Thoughts and prayers to all involved.

Chuck "Rookie" Woodruff one of the best hydroplane drivers ever, Had some bad crashes in his life never slowed him down, Dea Wiseley great 5liter driver Warbird won its share, Did not know Mark sure he was a good guy to be in this sport, R.I.P. to all of them.
