I didnt see that? where on site did it state that?

Watching local Baltimore news right now and they said Maryland ticket was sold at a 7-11 off of Liberty rd.

When they foreclose on those it's usually with a bulldozer. The land is usually the only value left.

On the other options, There are still condos under 100k that are great values. SF homes are picking up in sales but not necessarily in price yet.
