My wife and I have had t his discussion as lottery tickets are our retirement program The family boat will be a Nordic Inferno rocking a couple 1350s, BUT only after I buy my wife the most expensive Mercedes out at the time, and a lifetime supply of bacon wrapped dog treats for my dog. I didnt make the terms, I just live by them. Still in the "market" for the fast boat Home would hopefully be something along the lines of a 150' yacht to tie up to.

Statement v and cat. The cat would have the hot tub option. Both with 1350's.

I'd paint my F 350 and get a new transmission for the plow truck.

Hire lawyer, accountant, advisor. Keep as anonymous as possible. Take a set amount to spend invest the rest, set up trust funds for family, set up some scholarships and other charities. Now the fun stuff, new home in northern MI, not huge but everything top notch, HUGE toy barn with all amenities. Next, buy a 60-70' custom sportfish for my home away from home in the Carribean. Now for fun boats, have my 28 completely redone with Ilmors or custom smallblocks, build a new 47+ vee of some kind with big power for MI, and maybe a Skater for down south. Guns, lots of guns lol. An airplane to travel in, not big but fast and long range. Do whatever the F I want for as long as I have left.

When I was younger, I had all these grandiose plans, setting up a great business, whatever. Now that I'm "older than young", I realize I don't Have to do anything. Screw all the accountants and lawyers and dumba$$ "investment advisors". Let them make their own money, leave mine alone. I would set up some sort of trusts in order to avoid as much of the death tax as possible. Maybe have lunch with Mitt Romney and hit him up for some pointers.

I'd donate what I own to charity. That would take about 5 minutes

I'd take up residence near a beautiful lake and golf course, find one of the best golf pros to get my game up to snuff. I'd of course, buy a boat. Whatever I liked at first, nothing too gaudy, maybe multiple boats in different locations.

The biggest thing I'd do is Relax, and have fun. No pressure, no deadlines, just find the sun and warmth and head there.

I might call Gary up and give him a great house sale down there in Florida His commission would be fairly large

Of course if I had all that money, things would change. But, even keeping my current lifestyle and not HAVE to work or ever worry about $$$ would be priceless.
