We have a new walkthrough 33 Active Thunder in development now, per a specific customer request. It will be a walk through design; not a mid cabin. Decision has not been made to go with OB or IO power at this point, but with a pair of 525s, this boat should run 90+. We are excited about the new project.

Thats exciting news. Is it going to be like a dual console boat? I think that would be a great addition. Make a 33 with option for center console, dual console walk thru, or cabin, OB's or IO.

Went to the Nor-Tech factory and talked with Terry Sobo in great detail about what I want, I think the Nor-Tech 340 CC is what I'm looking for. he said that they could custom build what I'm looking for.

I do my boating up in Michigan.

The wife is skeptical due to the cost. Still working on it.

Nor-tech builds a helluva boat.

Oh, and here's the other thing, likely the ONLY time I would go that fast is if I was doing a long cross-lake trip with a buddy or two and we were all in the helm seats - I think going that fast with a cabin full of people would be a life-trauma experience for kids / wives / etc., so that would never happen. It's more about capability. If I want to do it I can.

I want this boat to be incredibly capable.

Like I said I was really impressed with Nor-Tech. Basically any ideas I had they said "yes". That's pretty awesome.

Good deal. They build a helluva boat. Their cabin-in-center-console setup is awesome. Good luck with your decision & the wife-sway!
