how big is that amp in it not compared to what you want to put in it,,,,,,also pop out one of the speakers and see what its rated for rms and peak.

Kenwood Excelon series is nice, but sounds like you have standard sepakers in it now

Your speakers are 35 watts rms that amp is to much power upgrade the speakers when you do the amp.

If the amp is the Kicker DX125.2

It is not to big, infact it is to small. It's only 30 watts x 2. If I assume you are going to run all 4 speakers on the 2 channel amp you will be running it at 2ohm's. That would make the output 60 watts x 2 with speakers that would want 70 total. Thats if it gets 14.4 volts, at 13 volts typical power from electrical system it's even less power.

I would go with an amp that is atleast 50 watts x 4.

•RMS Power Rating (14.4V): ◦4 ohms: 30 watts x 2 chan.
◦2 ohms: 60 watts x 2 chan.

The amp is a kicker 1252 XI I think 125 per side rms? It is a few years old.
