Default I HATE CMI Silent Choice

It seems like twice a season I have to replace one of those God Damn bushings/seals where the turndown lever goes through the tails.

Next time the engines have to come out those things are gone. I kick myself for not doing it last time they were out.

Other than that - fired her up for the first time this year today. All systems go. AND what I thought was an alternator giving up the ghost turned out to be a loose pulley once I got it off which was a nice surprise!

Can you let me know how you replace these? I don't even see how the actuator arm comes off. Mines leaking like crazy

Yeah - I'll take some pictures. I've also got the part number from Car Quest that you can use so you don't have to buy the CMI part for 5 times the cost.
