I really like what I'm seeing here, looks like a fantastic entertaining and partying boat! In fact, I can see myself owning something like this in the future. The only addition I would add is some type of semi-effective wind/water protection. I wonder what kind of numbers it will push with triple 300's? This would be way cool with 2 or 3 of those Seven Marine OB's!
I too agree with the Yamaha comments.

It will turn 70mph with triple 300s.
We have some fellow boatbuilder friends experiementing with Seven Marine as we speak. Pending the results of their efforts, we'd potentially put them on the boat as well.

Getting fully into practicality. Is that starboard door off the platform the only entry/egress to the boat? It looks a little narrow when I see that step.
Also, nice swim platform, useful when docking, etc.. What entry is there from the water?
70 MPH is pretty good with that size boat and full cabin. I'd imagine possibly 63/65 mph with a couple of 350 Yamahas?
The entire layout shows that someone paid a lot of attention to the trends and wishes of boaters. Many people talk about the center consoles, but few are happy when they see the spartan interiors, especially with a larger group. This boat combines the best elements of an express cruiser with full cabin and a center console cockpit.
About the only negative I see, and it's not a huge one, is for people that might swim, do "some" fishing and/or diving. The cockpit is great for it, but the transom is pretty well filled up. Possibly a side door with ladder similar to Intrepids would work?

I appreciate the input from you guys. I have left it up to Steve with the posting since he probably has more of a grasp on the work involved in this than anybody since he dealt with my 'dark side' building the Excess molds.
When we have our "ducks in a row" you will see much more.
No disrespect to the go-fast builders that have gone to the CCs it just isn't me and has no appeal.
This boat does. Maybe a little slow but still very cool. It retains that 'snotty' look but has a much larger p u s s y magnet than the CCs.
More releases in the immediate future. Matt T. will do some follow up as well.
Thanks again for the interest and DO NOT HESITATE to voice your opinion on design, flaws or any ideas you might have.

I like your style Pat, including past and current models.
The CC's are very, no, make that Extremely well covered. In many areas now.
Thinking outside the box can be very rewarding.
PS: Don't forget to think some about the water access/egress. It's an important feature in a design like that. Fantastic cabin, KUDOS for that. The cockpit is great as well.
Megamillions tonight, Powerball tomorrow. Then we can talk about the hull color, something that doesn't look quite like the pic shown
I'm anticipating a cost somewhere around 265 ish..........?

Again, I love what I'm seeing here in the overall design... It just needs some wind/water protection and a self-draining deck (I can't stand how the water pools and leaves dirt deposits on deck of your 33/37's).
Keep up the good work Pat!
