I remember when this happened last year!!! some people never learn!! The wife also said on the news that they will continue to blow boat, and that the coast guard will be doing an invetigation that might led to possible fines.

& they flip us off!!!!

And I quote from the article:

Obviously stupidity is much harder to diagnose.
