Not much talk about who's going to be playing serious at Desert Storm this year. Last year was Predator and DCB. Any word on Predator this year as I see it has been for sale in the classifieds.

MTI is on the way with 3 boats and I'm sure they will make a show of it

Freedom US1 is in Vegas now and will be at Desert Storm Wednesday afternoon!!

Are any of those MTI's expected to be gunning for Predator?

Last year we had a nice shootout between the DCB and Predator. I'd love some drama leading up to this event to help pass the time.

Gary's Predator Skater will blow pasted everyone. None of those 1350 DCB's or 1350 MTIs have enough HP or driver skill to outrun Gary.

Two boats with enough HP and faster, but I'm not sure if they are going to try, would be Roth's 388 Skater and Romer's 388 Skater, both with Carson Brummett 1500s. The smaller 388s are faster, but not sure if they are willing to try.

Otherwise, Gary will blow passed everyone, as always.

You said the 388s can't hang..yet, the smaller, 388s.....Predator has a foot throttle and some serious power...they're driving on flat water...I'm sure if anyone wants to run they will...but it's not a race..REMEMBER?

I always felt it pretty stupid the comparison between predator and the DCB...anyone, anyone...it's a 32 vs a 40....I never saw how it was an accurate comparison, put that DCB and the Skater in a 3ft chop and lets see who wins...I'm not saying rough water for everything, but cmon, it's apples to oranges...

I am not a HP expert, but I would think some of the MTI have drivers with very equal skills as Gary, but I am not the expert that some others claim to be on these topics.:whistle:
