Check out casa 325 on duval, couple blocks from sloppy joes, very clean, and good prices.

Southernmost is nice, it is on Duval, but the wrong end, gonna be a cab ride or scooter to everywhere ya wanna be.

Great present. You will have plenty of time over that week to test your liver.

Southernmost is the coolest hotel in KW, imo. Crawling back to the room from Duval is over-rated... you can get anywhere in KW with a 5min cab ride.

No, just partying, my boat is in project mode right now. Me thinks she won't be ready for this season. However, my old man has a place in Florida (Hollywood), with a lift, and he may have a boat by then, but it won't be a go fast.

Also, I went down in March and stayed at a B&B (Old Town Manor?) right off Duval St. It was nice and clean, short walk anywhere, and a reasonable price for what you got. We also stay at the Best Western sometimes. The B&B was actually cheaper, a better setup, and a shorter walk to Mallory Square.
