Default Key West boat races 2012

Where are the good places to stay that are close to everything, also are there any Condos/hotels to see the races from? Where is best to go to watch the races?

It might be tough to get a hotel with an ocean facing view for the races, but you should try the Westin, Pier House and Galleon. You can watch the races from the roof of the Galleon, but I like watching from Mallory Square(open area on the sea wall) better.

We have a room reserved at the Westin facing the water, top floor. I think it's a 4 or 5 night min though....

Kinda pricey. Not sure if any good rooms are left, we made those reservations in Nov......

My wife just informed me last night that my anniversary present is a trip to the Key West boat races, she already has the hotel booked, sweet. We are going with the neversatisfieds, LOL. I can't wait. She said we are going Tuesday-Monday:thankyo uthankyou::tha nkyouthankyou:

Frickstyle do you take a boat? I am working on that but I don't think that part will fly. She told me to just be happy.
