Congrats, My son will be 2 this July, hasn't slowed us down. If you keep living your life, the kids adapt to your schedule and activities. You don't have to change and adapt to what other people think. We have been boating with him since he was 3 weeks old, just got to be smart about it.

Congrats Gino - its a big change but a great one - I have 2 daughters 1 and soon to be 4, and I wouldn't trade them for anything! And... both went out on our lake boat within a few months of being born and both LOVE the water and boating.

congratulations Gino. Dont have any kids myself but I have two nieces that I spend alot of time around. I'm sure you will be just as dedicated, if not more, to your kid than you are in life's other passions.

It will change you, you'll see. I have a 4 month old boy. My first kid and first marriage at 39 years old. Nothing about me or my personality has changed but I can tell you I am less likely to bury the throttles and really lay it out... and my boat is a $hitload slower than yours. I actually think about the repercussions of my actions now. Not much, but I do consider it!
