Funny. I bet most of us have done something similar one time or another. Good thing is from now on the kill switch and the shifters are the first things you will check when it won't turn over. :lolhit:

Neither of mine would start (at home). Thought I was out of gas.. went and filled up still nothing. would crank but not start.
I did not realize the new fuel filters had to be filled with fuel (primed). good times. |

I always start the engines at the shop before I go to the ramp. I would rather have an issue at home then at the dock.

I have done that a couple times. I have also gone to put the boat in drive...when I do I tend to push it forward kindoff hard. A couple times not looking down I grabbed the throttle instead and scare the **** out of everyone including myself.

For us Carburator guys that are stuck in the 80s, We are pumping like hell, with the neutral button in. So this doesnt happen often!
