This is the most bizarre thing. Every issue I look all over for it and sometimes I just can't locate this magazine. I am sure we would all pay to subscribe, but the publisher wants to go through a game of hunt & seek. It's a good magazine, but distribution method, that's another story.

Agreed. I've only been able to find it once.

Obviously one of the keys to increased distribution is ease of purchase. Matt, want to send me 50 copies and I'll offer them on our own e-commerce site as an experiment?

Ah, I wish I could, and if it were my magazine I surely would. But I am, believe it or not, a freelancer. I don't work in-house at Source Interlink, the publisher. Don't get me wrong, they're great to work for. But boxes of magazines are not at my disposal.

Trust me, all of you who want the magazine and have taken the time to say you can't find it, I will raise these issues. Vicki Newton, the rest of the great Sportboat contributing team (Bob Brown, Eric Colby, Jason Johnson, Jay Nichols and Tim Sharkey) want you to be able to find it.

As for subs, I've said it before but I have no trouble repeating it. The publisher won't offer them unless the magazine goes bi-monthly, and that magazine won't go bi-monthly until the powers that be are sure it is viable at that frequency.

Hi Everyone, yes it's official (as of today 8/21) the fall issue with H2O Toie's beautiful Cigarette is finally on newsstands nationwide! We've also gotten our online sales up and running so if you missed the summer issue, you can order it now : https://www.circsource.com/store/sto...magazineId=303 (Fall will be available to purchase later this week).

All of us at Sportboat really appreciate the interest, support and patience with our new mag! I'm optimimstic for big growth, increased frequency and bigger package sizes in 2013. Thank you!!!
