I have been performing testing of our Fire Protection Equipment at National Liquidators over the past few days. I always take special note of the "Offshore Boats" and have noticed a recent trend...most of the boats coming in have this decal...

I guess there have been a lot of "Bad Boys" out there getting their toys taken away...these are in a compound set aside for the "Feds" and are not available for auction...YET.

Some of the group include:

A triple engine Sonic with No 6 Merc Drives.
A 357 Formula with twin 525 SC Mercs
A 39 Top Gun with a pair of 700 SC Mercs and No 6's
A really "Bad A$$" Outer Limits with triple Ilmor's
A 30 something Skater w/twin Merc SC's with twin Holly's on the blowers...No 6 Mercs.

Looks like the "G" has been busy.

My pic of the group that got me going is the Top Gun...I can't help it...any thing by "The Don" I am partial to.:evilb:

That Skater was scary looking....I mean I'm not afraid of speed but .."My God"...I would just as soon strap my self to a Hawk Surface to Air Missile.!!

I think the Marshall's do the "collecting" for the treasury dept....meaning if you owe tax money they will collect your possessions to pay Uncle Sam.

They are kind of funny about cameras in that area of the facility ...if you know what I mean.

That 41 was at the JAcksonville Poker Run back in 2007....

I knew the guy that owned that Velocity. The logo was because he started a Wing franchise called Fast Boy Wings. I wondered what happened to the boat.

Looks like they didn't repo the trailer with it, the one its on in the pic is coming up about 4 feet short.

That Velocity was painted by my friend Chris Cruz Artistry here in Deland, Fl. I saw it when it was a blank hull. Sucks the "G" owns it now. Somebody might get a great deal one day...

i was in a poker run with that boat in 09 sarasota fla .at the start of the run a guy with a 42 fountain put the beak right thru the side of the lord of the wings boat .they gray duck taped it an ran the rest of the day .big discussion when they got back as to how they would make it match .right at the helm had a big hole judging by the pics it got fixed

They don't keep them long unless there is a criminal investigation involved and most of them are in a compound area. You should see the "Federal" in the water area!!!:evilb:

Yup. Talked to his neighbor yesterday afternoon. The boat was racked at Beach Marine and disappeared last year. Wondered where it went. It was in Hot Boat mag a few years ago. Paint job supposedly 50k. ?

You have very bad information. The former owner has a new restaurant in Jax that i eat at often.

The owner was never in prison. You really need to get your facts straight.

saw that velocity in ft. myers last week or the week before, and commented how much that hobbit paint job cost .

Bill knows him and it is the same person that owned that 41 Velocity , that is why i ask if you were sure because i knew you were wrong . The past owner of that boat is NOT in prison.

It wouldn't be completely impossible that someone actually sold their boat to someone else who ended up in prison ...

I know the history of that boat since it was picked up from Velocity. It was never sold to anyone before hard times hit the individual and he lost it.

His restaurant just did all the cooking for the Power Boat Nation raft up in Jacksonville . The individual donated the food to help the firefighters burn camp for children.

Well one thing is for sure...it's not in Jacksonville now. As of Friday it was still at 1915 SW 21st Avenue in Ft. Lauderdale...aka National Liquidators.

no argument there , the problem is where the old owner was said to be which is wrong. I just don't like seeing wrong info being posted about someone , especially when it is not true.

One thing is for sure, that boat is gonna have some major hook in that bottom if they don't get it off that short a** trailer fairly soon.

Here is a fact...the boat is there as a "Brokerage" boat and as I was told.... today "There are no negative connotations associated with the vessel."

Along with Superdad, I'll try my hand posting with a low post count and discover I have no credibility to those who matter. Superdad is more right than wrong. I was sitting watching Channel 4 News a while back when the "Lord of the Wing" had his mugshot shining at me on my TV screen. So to help a fellow low poster, the "Lord of the Wing's" arrest record is below copied from the Jacksonville Sheriff Office's website. Name withheld just because. And, yes, he was selling drugs out of his now defunct Beach and Intercoastal location. Arrest and jail is different from prison, but to someone who obeys the law it's all semantics. Nice to see he is serving free food to support kids in need. Hopefully, he has stopped selling drugs to kids in need. Like Cardshark, it's amazing that friends of a s hitbag will support a s hitbag when they know s/he is a s hitbag.
