Default Need HELP for a 1979 Scarab 300

Hello everyone, I am new here and doing some research. I bought a 1979 Scarab 300, TRS drives and twin 454's @ 330hp each. I have a few issues that I have no clue how to fix and I have looked everywhere for answers. The main issue is the starboard drive won't move up or down, you can hear the motor whining but nothing happens. I have checked all the dipsticks on the inside of the transom, they all have full fluids. The drives worked perfect, then someone was getting out of the water and stood on the drive getting up and it acted up right after and wouldn't move. Another issue is when we are going fast on the lake, about 50-60mph and let off the throttles the boat tends to list and jerk to the right pretty hard. I have to play with the throttles and let off real easy to prevent this. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. I am trying to get her ready for the water, but need to fix the drive issue.......... please help!!! Thank you

Maybe you have air in the hydraulic lines to the starboard drive?
