Default Honda Formula Sonic 19 SS

Does anyone have info on the Sonic 19 SS?
This boat is used in the Honda /Formula offshore racing.

I'm really interested in finding out more about the hull design..

BTW, I was looking at this video and was really surprised by how often these boats seem prone to roll... is that a strictly a function of the hull design?

2 different boats, first video is the Sonic hull in New Zealand.
The 2nd Video is a Cougar hull in England.
Totally different hulls.
The Sonic moulds are now in Australia where they are using them in ski racing, as they were in NZ as well.
Have a look at their facebook page under, Sonic boats Australia

These boats being prone to roll is very technical and hard to understand, but I'll try to explain.

It's due to the fact that they are racing in the freakin ocean in very bummpy conditions, in small boats riding on about half of a propeller in the middle of the boat, with a driver and passenger that have had most of their brain removed....... either by a surgeon or a wreck. They all must be ex Bull riders !! ! ! ! !

I love boats, the ocean, going fast and competition.......but I want nothing to do with this.
