Yesterday we tied the heat record at 96*. Today will be 93-96 and I'm leaving for Lake Huron in a few minutes. This will be my 15th time out this year including 3 record setting 80+ degree days in March. (maybe 2 that set records) Anyway, this is a summer for the record books. A Donzi summer. A summer to remember!! And it's not even July yet!!!

Hey thirdchildhood, is your 22' classic an all yellow one? Towed with maybe a Tan Van if I recall? If it is I remember your boat from the Panera parking lot one afternoon last Summer at the corner of Adams and 59. I was parked next to you when you pulled in, I sat and admired your boat for a couple extra minutes. Beautiful boat.

Wow!! Ive been out twice so far this year (both times in May)...Only 3 days over 70 since June 1st. We are on track to have the sixth coolest June in the history of Seattle!

Must be nice.... I am enjoying this record weather by looking out of my fifth floor window at Henry ford Wyandotte hospital after an emergency appendectomy..... Lucky me, I will be here unti Friday as I am being held for observation because my appendix had slightly ruptured... Will miss out on Jobbie Nooner as well, boating Saturday and Sunday and the Detroit fireworks on Monday...... Couldn't have timed it better....

That sucks. We will be on the Moot on July 4th. Can't make the Nooner since I work fri, sat & sun.
