Actually, I was refering to the member of Team Liquid. I think I know that is.

Anyways, whipple used to have a blower that mounted off the side of the exisiting manifold. I think it even included a intercooler. The system was pretty compact and wouldn't require hatch modifications unless it was really close to the existing manifold. I know that their hp500efi kit used to be simular, but they redesigned it this past year. That's why I'm not sure if the "black" motor kit is still available.

If it fits in here it will fit anywhere.

Default HULL

HEY RED, IT DOES DEPEND ON YOUR HULL. THE 25 IS A NEW MOLD. THE 29 HAS A HOOK FROM THE FACTORY WHICH IS FROM THE MOLD THEY USE. SOME OF THE 29s RUN BETTER WITH THE BOTTOM THE WAY IT IS. I WOULD JUST SHARPEN THE EDGES. YOUR BOAT WILL DEPEND ON THE CONDITION OF YOUR BOTTOM. MY 29 RAN UPER 80s REAL CLOSE TO 90 WITH A 500EFI WITH A STOCK BOTTOM. IT WON NUMEROUS APBA PRO SERIES AND 99 F1 WORLDS IN SBI. SO JUST HAVE SOMEONE LOOK AT IT WHO WILL KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. GOOD LUCK

Thumbs up Thanks!!!

I appreciate the info!!!

D_Casten: That's the blower I was referring to!!! (Thanks for the pic!) How much forward clearance does that unit require?

F-1 WARLOCK: I'm running @ least 10mph faster than comparably equipped boats, (Concord, Velocity, Checkmate, Baja etc...) so, based on the info here, I think my hull is ok. What modifications can you do on Warlock's (short of SC'ing) to increase power and handling?

Have a safe 4th everyone!!!

It’s just the width of the blower pulley out the front, a few inches. Then the width of the flame arrester is all that hangs out farther than your exhaust manifolds on the side.

Well, what's your x-dim? How does the boat plane out? I gained 5mph when I went to a shortie, I think I ended up with a 19" x.

I WOULD CONTACT ARIZONA APEED AND MARINE. THEY CAN HELP, THEY WILL PLAY WITH THE ECM AND ADD A NEW FLAME ARESSTOR. THIS WILL GIVE MORE HP/SPEED. WARLOCKS LOVE HIGH X DIMENSIONS. I WOULD MEASURE YOURS AND SEE IF YOU CAN BENEFIT FROM A SHORTY DRIVE OR ADDING A SPACER. YOU ARE RIGHT ON AT 500 RPM THAT MOTOR LOVES 5000-5200 SO KEEP YOUR RPMS THERE ALSO PROPS MAKE A DIFERENCE. A GUY ON THE WEST COAST DOES ALL THE PROPS FOR WARLOCK. HE CAN GET YOU A COUPLE MPHs. I ALSO INSTALLED PROCHARGERS ON THE 27 AND 29 I KNOW THAT THE 25 IS TIGHT, BUT MOST OF THE INSTALATION IS IN THE PULLY AND INTERCOLLER WHICH CAN BE RELOCATED. LET ME KNOW
