Thanks a lot...that cleared up a few things. Am I wrong in assuming only one of the pickups is needed when you are running twins?

Most twins I've worked on have both pickups hooked up. Must have the lines tee'd together at some point. One would think only one is necessary.

Getting closer to dropping the engine in. I think it would be a good time to replace the water pump impellers, especially with the one out of the boat it will be easier to get at. Will I just need new impellers or is there a kit with plates. If someone has the right part number for the Gen IV or have a couple new ones laying around they don't need and want to sell let me know.

Pulled the dash to start repairing the wiring.....I'm no electrician, but I can tell you whoever had this boat before should be shot. There were so any quick splice connectors, wires to nowhere, speaker wire ran for grounds. I cut a damn birds nest out just to get to the original wiring. They even had the kill switches bypassed.. It's not going to cost much other than some time. I'll add new fuse holders and trace everything to make sure its right and repair what is necessary. I just don't understand how someone can basically destroy a boat like this. I'm surprised this thing hadn't started on fire before.

All the interior cabin wiring is complete and shore power is working again, basically replaced it all except for the switch panel. Microwave, refrigerator, both 110V and 12V now are working, docking lights, cuddy lights including new LED's, replaced missing pump for the sink. Stereo wiring is in place. Now it's time to move on to the dash, all new switches are here. Smugglers blues should be the new theme song for a while, we found a couple syringes and a broken crack pipe behind the water tank. No wonder the boat was trash, they were stoned all the time.

Are you sure on those props? They look like cleavers? I'm no expert but I think you'll want a set of 3 blade Mirage? Good luck with your eventual splash,

They are 23P cleavers, that is what was on the drives when I got the boat
