Today's roll was uneventful. 900 miles and made it to Nashville. Slow going in north Florida, heavy rain from the storm. Georgia and Tennessee
perfect weather.

It is. I was born in St Maries, Idaho and grew up in Spokane, Couer d Alene is where we went boating

Dayum Brad, trip of a lifetime! Keep Kelly and I on mind if you want to stay with us on your way south to long beach. We're 7 hours (roughly) south of San Fran and hour forty five north of long beach.

Drive safe...get some pics!!!

You know I will. I will call you when I leave Washington. I want to check out my old house in Redondo (just curious) and hit Cisco in LB. I will need the 411 on the ski race and Catalina

Only 860 miles today. At about 500 lost the clutch on the trucks AC compressor. Very hot through Missouri up to Sioux Falls Iowa.

I called ahead and O'Briens opens at 730 and has a new compressor and a local shop to install. With luck we will be back on the road by 10. Also, tore up a tire tonight somewhere on the interstate. I have three full spares and will replace with new ones as we roll along.

Only one fuel stop again today and I have 3/4 of a tank now. I added a 50 gallon auxiliary in the bed and it works great.

Excellent. I reserved a dock at the Couer d' Alene resort through the weekend. I will probably splash on the 3rd.
