Default What type of oil should i run?

I have two 500+ hp 383 stroker motors turning around 5800 rpm what should i use for oil and what weight?

Good Choices, Use Straight weight, Not Multi weight...

I use SAE50 lucas oil... is it good for a hydraulic motor?i used too use Mercury 25w 40 oil but i had a problem with the lifters and i had to change them.... my mechanic recomended lucas oil sae 50 is it good please?

get a new mechanic,straight 50 is not the way to go.
