Thanks everyone for all of the replies! This defiantly helps a lot! I do plan on pulling the floor up in that spot to get a better look at it. I will let you know what I find. That kit seems pretty good also. I never disagreed that the survey wasn't a good idea. It was my fault for not looking under the boat fully. I was so concerned with the transom being rotten because my last boat I just had to junk because the transom had layers that were thinner then paper. I was so focused on that a making sure that the bellows and floors weren't spongy that I completely overlooked the underside of the boat. Thanks again for all the help!
