I also like the donzi and 292's but it is finding one that the the wife and I can agree on is the hard part!
If the boat was priced at $40K asking, it would be a realistic starting point to negotiate down to $36 or $34 for example. Every now and then you get these guys who don't live on planet Earth with outrageous prices. Of course it would seem like an insult if you're asking for a $25K discount on a $58K price tag...Reality is, it belongs in the $40K and under range.

I'd keep looking as there are many other deals out there, and as others have stated, better boats as well. Good luck!

There's several 30' Baja's in the classifieds for low to mid 30's on the asking price. I'd feel certain they can be had in the high 20's to a 30k max.
I agree with the others, 35k max on the Scarab and I doubt the seller will come down. Your probably right that he's stuck with a high payoff.
The one that cabin fever posted looks really sweet with new power recently and is definitely priced to sell.

See ya,

Yep I like the one that cabin fever posted but I'm not sure if the boss will approve she doesn't want anything older than what we already have, but it does have newer power so never hurts to try. What kind of hp those 383 have? Are they the same as the 6.2's? Thanks for input everyone.

Those 383's should be around 330 hp a piece

WOW!!!
OMG that is one nice boat, I think it'll have a hard time pulling the asking price but it definitely is sweet!!!

If I had the coin I'd buy it for sure at 40 but doubt the seller would go there, LOL

See ya,
Kelly
