Pretty much every West Coast custom boat builder offers Mid-Cabin Open Bow boats. Some models offer a full open bow. Anything bigger than a 24 footer I would stick to a MCOB if for nothing but rigidity.

Look at: Lavey, Howard, Eliminator, Hallett, Nordic, etc.

Sunsation builds a great MCOB. Some of the others look like the owners took sawzalls to the bow of their boats after drinking a 12 pack! Velocity and Donzi built a few, both were rough.

Outerlimits recently built a 52 MCOB with triple diesels that ran 94 MPH, Fountain once did a 47 and there is even a 41 Apache MCOB running around Florida so I guess anyone will build one if the money is right!
