that is all well and good if it is the bank but generally the first auction is the highest bidding one. classic cars that dont meet reserve rarely ever get close to the first auction bid price at the second or third try. if "real" bidders only went to $150k range then they will probably only make it to $120 or so in the future. in time the bank will give up and the boats will be so bad that they end up stripped for parts.

I enquired today about the green one ( from pop yacts ) $500k
told me it was sold,
they still have it advertised ??
