I believe it was north of Brown's Bridge. I think the video was taken coming back from Gainesville Marina on the way to card stop 2. Looks like it was about where you go right to enter the Chestatee river.

That we use a public lake to do whatever we please and its just a race, but he hears we are playing a card game but thinks its just a lie to go fast and hurt people and that they say we give money to away to kids and other charities and stuff but he needs to see proof. Mainly it was just his tone that he was so good and we are so bad. You could just tell he was an a$$ and was very unhappy that something wasnt the way he wanted it to be.
