Wow really. Its like everything else in life no matter whats going on theres always that one person who ruins it.

Side note: next year can he film closer to the water so we can see the boats better

"Happens every year!" Really nice & expensive boats go past his property once a year and spend their money in his community. What's the problem?
My money would be on the fact he don't even own a boat. What ever happened to teaching our children live and let live?
I would also bet if one of the boats asked him if he wanted a ride, he would have to ask his mom for permission. And the fickle finger award goes to....

Okay, I will be that guy.

If the guy is concerned with the noise, fuggem.

I don't think that is his concern. Alerting the public is something that seems impossible yet important. Look at :29 in the video. Those people in the pontoon are in a very bad spot and yet are not doing anything wrong...
