Thought that was the falls! We tied up with a houseboat back there all weekend. Sat we got out of there! Tied up with some friends in a small quiet cove. Missed the helicopter boat.....But also missed being crushed by some punk in a rental houseboat,came in and smashed a Bayslider that was tied up in my spot!!! {I would still be in jail!!}

Birdog~I had a total of two beers on Saturday while at the falls. I was spending most of my time pushing boats away from hitting me while I was anchored. I had a person on each corner. Eventually, I started asking people to tie up to me, so my boat would be somewhat protected. It worked, and I met some more people.

I was on the very end of the tie up until Bill tied beside me. Then he had to keep the watchful eye out. He came very close to getting side swiped by a jerk in a rental houseboat also.

I am heading back down to Lake Cumberland next Thursday, (7/18) evening and staying until Monday (7/22) evening.

After that, in August I'll be down there for a week or so. 8/16-8/26.

What about you? Anyone else?
